My desire to make a "Grey's Anatomy" fansite came to me when I was getting kind of bored with my Kenny Chesney fansite. I had finally finished my Kenny Chesney fansite and I had really nothing to do with it, besides updating news, etc. So I decided to make a fansite for my favorite show!

I first had to come up with a name for the site. At first I was just going to use "Grey's Anatomy Online" as the name... But I wanted something more creative. So I was looking at some of the tag lines for the show. One of the tag lines is "Operations, Relations, and Complications." So I was like "Wow, that would be an amazing name for my site!" But then I noticed that the name was really long. So I shortened to "Operations and Complications."

After that, I had to make the layout and do the coding. I was thinking of getting somebody who is better at graphic design to make it for me. But I really didn't want to have to wait for the person to make it and code it for me. haha. Yeah, I know, I'm lazy. I wasn't too experienced with graphic design, and I'm still not, but I decided to take a stab at it. I was looking around at some other fansites to get some ideas... and I came up with this one! I created the layout and I coded it!

After I made the layout, I had to figure out what kind of content I wanted to put on it. I really wanted to make this one of the best and most updated Grey's Anatomy fansites. So I tried to think of as much stuff as I could. I looked around at some other sites to get some ideas but they didn't have anything that I hadn't thought of. I tried to think of what kinds of stuff that I, and other fans, would like to see on a Grey's Anatomy fansite... I still couldn't think of anything that I hadn't already had. After A LOT of brainstorming, the only things I could come up with were Critic Reviews and all of the scripts.

After all of that, I had to put the site together. I put it together... and look at it now! The layout isn't the best, but other than that, I must say that I'm pretty impressed with myself! hahaha!
